Question about mayo and dressings...
 

I started back up on Atkins two days ago after nearly ten years off of it, and I just realized today that one of the salad dressings I was using had some sugar in it. It's really hard sometimes to find them without. Though I never had trouble finding mayonnaise that was carb free honestly.

helmans has no sugar. i make all my dressing homemade with mayo

or virgin olive oil and vinager or rice wine
