i never drank wine, because of the sugar but i did drink low carb beer. never had that problem i mostly had the reverse

constipation..... yep.... hoping not to offend anyone.... rofl rofl

I tried atkins a few years ago and found that when i did have a glass of wine I had the squirts, has anyone else found this? I am starting atkins again and worried about this side effect.

Ok, I'm afraid to ask, but, what are "the squirts" ?

i would asume, not trying to go into detail but...... that you could sit on the toilet and "go" (get it) through a screendoor without touching the screen......

lol, the squirts are 'the runs'.
