Default Hello guys.....it's been a while
Hi all

I was on here a few years back, i went onto the "Atkins" and to be honest i didn't do it right at all, i didn't eat any Carbs at all, my typical day was:

Breakfast - Bacon & Eggs

Dinner - Nothing/ burger,bacon,cheese

Tea - Chicken bacon an cheese

That was just from memory, but i can remember eating no Carbs at all for the first couple of months, i have heard that now the Atkins allows green leafy veg and stuff or it might have always done so... lol...

Last time i lost 3 stone in 3 months, which was great... but i come off it and of course put 4 stone back on, this time i really really want to make it work long term, my wife is also starting it so that will make it easier.

Any help or tips would be great, it's been so long since i done this 2004/2005 like good breakfast ideas as thats where i will struggle

Thanks guys

for breakfast you can make mushroom omlette

for lunch my favourite is salmon and stif fried veg

for supper a big salad, with eggs, bacon, fetta on it

all delicious as an example

(by the way, i'm really bad, i never count exact carbs), but i lost £8lb in the first 2 weeks....

GOOD LUCK!

You really need to read the book, that will help keep you from missing important things like vegetables and so forth. And welcome back, I just started back after years as well.
