I am on the third week of Atkins. 2 weeks of Induction went ok (just a few days of shaking), lost 8 lbs...am now on OWL, adding a new veggie every day. I actually do not need to lose more than 5 more lbs. (am 5'1", 113, 36 yr old female). I started atkins because my metablism has slowed down. I wanted to change my lifestyle, not doing to be extremely thin. My son's bday is coming up, and would it be so terribly bad if i eat a slice of his bday cake? (other than that i eat no dessert, sugar, fruits...do not have sweet tooth at all) I would feel bad if I can't share his cake with him.
