Default Workout routine
What is ya'lls workout routine? I'm needing to find something that I can do while still caring for my daughters.

Thanks

I personally got a membership to a gym when my weight loss slowed after the first 60 pounds. If you want to loose weight cardio is the most important thing you can do as far as working out. Muscle does burn fat. But not like a spiked metabolism from a good cardio program. I run about 2 miles on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Along with that I do about an hour and a half of weights. Monday= Chest, Biceps, Abs. Wednesday= Back, Triceps, Shoulders. Thursday= Legs, Abs again, forearms. I Run after my weights on Monday and Wednesday so that my heart rate is already up from the weights. On Thursdays though I have to run before weights because there is no way I could run after my leg workout. They're like jello afterward.

A good workout routine must essentially include a good diet. A healthy and nutritious diet goes a long way in maintaining good health. A good workout program also helps in developing a positive frame of mind. Boxing, Martial Arts, Tai chi and Yoga are supposed to provide an outlet for feelings of frustration and anger.
