Default Weighloss stopped
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am eating what is allowed on the list for Level 2 off the Atkins website yet I am not loosing any weight. I'm still at my 10 pound lost that I had lost during Induction.

Why has my body just stalled like this? I have a lot more weight to loose!

Alice... in order to help you we'll need a lot more information. Answer these questions and maybe one of us can suggest something to get your loss restarted.

How old are you and are you m/f? (the older you are, the harder it is to lose and it's harder for women in general due to less muscle)

How much do you weigh and how tall are you?

How much did you lose during Induction?

How many carbs per day (exactly) are you eating? Do you know?

What foods from the OWL phase have you added? Did you follow the carb ladder and the rules of OWL or did you just start eating off the list here and there?

Are you taking medications like HRT, NSAIDs, diuretics, or anti-depressants?

Are you taking a multi-vitamin/supplements?

Are you exercising... really exercising... most days of the week? Have you recently changed your exercise habits (less or more)?

Are you getting enough water every single day?

What does a typical day's menu look like (with serving sizes, please)?

How long have you gone without losing anything?

Do you have any medical conditions that would slow weight loss... like diabetes, hypothyroid, etc?

Are you taking your measurements to check for a size change that isn't showing on the scale? In other words, do you have any other means of determining success?

By answering these questions (here or in private) you may find your answer without our help.
