My boyfriend and I are on completely different diet plans right now....well we should be but we're not. I'm 5'5'' and 193lbs, I'm trying to lose at 43lbs, I'm exercising but I'm maintain the same weight, and on the other side my boyfriend is 6'6'' and 150lbs, he's trying to gain 40+lbs, he's exercising also, but maintain the same wight as well. We both like cooking for each other, I was wondering if there were any meal ideas that would help both of us reach our goals?
