Here is the ingredient list:

Ingredients: Eggs, Water, Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate-B1, Riboflavin-B2, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening (Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oils), Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Maltitol, Glycerine, Polydextrose, Soybean Oil, May contain two percent or less of: Mono and Diglycerides, Propylene Glycol Monoesters, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Food Starch Modified, Potato Fiber, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), Wheat Starch, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Propionate added to preserve freshness, Sucralose, Xanthan Gum.

A stall would be the least of your concerns after eating one of these, I would think. They are NOT Atkins friendly (regardless of any possible stall) due to the flour (enriched just means it's been stripped of anything healthy and then they put some vitamins back in) and the partially hydrogenated shortening (that's TRANS FAT). I wouldn't eat one for one more reason... maltitol. That's the sugar alcohol that cause such bad intestinal issues in sf "sweets". Personally, if I had to have a donut... I'd have a REAL donut (hole).

ETA: I did some more research... it appears that only the banana chocolate chip cookie bar and the cream filled cupcake are still being made in the Sensable line. The bar has 16 NET grams and the cupcake has 20 net grams. These are not low carb in my book. Low compared to the read thing, but not low in our world.

You'll have to decide for yourself if you want to include something like thin in your diet.

Some of the sensable sugar-free finger cakes are 9 net carbs per cake.

That's still about half of your daily carbs for Induction (and a big % in OWL) for junk food.... because no matter what you do to it, a "Tastykake" (sf or otherwise) is still junk food.

Yes, I would only encourage one to eat one way into OWL for a treat. Never for Induction.

Thanks Guys. They look so good and the box says 5 net carbs for the chocolate chip finger cakes. I guess I will hold off until I can do some more research. I also heard they give some people bad headaches.

I believe it. There's no doubt in my mind one of these bars would make me feel sluggish. I'd rather spend 9 carbs on a wonderful spread of fresh veggies!
