hey guys
i just weighed ma self after 1 week lol and i lost 7 pounds. i am so happy but i have some questions , if anyone could help me i woul really appreciate it. how long do i stay on the induction phase? and if i am on the owl phase how much carbs should i have in a day? i did read da book but still confused a bit thankyou ![]() |
