Default man I am soo mad at my self
so day 2 and I totally cheat my ex came over with breadsticks wine and I ate 2 peices and 4 cheesesticks and a ton of wine which prompted more cheating

so I guess back to square one tomorrow but its really discouraging how do you all get through the first few days? everytime I try to do this after 2-3 dys I give in to temptation and I really want t6o be successful at this

Well... basically you just have to decide that you're going to do it, no matter what. You could have said no to the wine and breadsticks. Hard? Awkward? Sure... but it's that important. At some point you have to tell the people in your life that you've changed how/what you eat. Your ex didn't know... and your ex still doesn't know. So it could happen again. It's not just the first few days, either... this is for the rest of your life. You don't have to appologize for taking care of your needs... your body... your LIFE. You can say no thank you. It's okay to do that. People will still love you.

So... get yo' butt back in gear. Get back to Induction. And spend some thinkin' time figuring out how you're going to handle these situations... learn from yesterday, make it a positive learning experience. Maybe you need to speak up before a situation crops up again? You say you really want to be successful at this... that will happen ONLY if YOU make it happen. There's no easy way. Be determined. Be committed. Be firm with yourself (and others if necessary). Be in it for the long term.

You can do this. We all can.

I refuse to get on the scale for a week from tomorrow I just DONT want to see weight gain as I think it will depress me
