Hi Guys,
I'm planning on starting the Atkins on monday, and just have a couple of questions: 1) I have the Atkins Advantage book, and was wondering how much 'a cup' of something actually is? I'm english, so pretty rubbish when it comes to American weights/measures 2) I work shifts, so was thinking of having a Atkins shake on days when I have to be super early. Has anyone found these stall their weight loss? I've tried every diet under the sun, and can never shift the last few pounds, so I'm hoping this time I'll be successful!
