I used to have a recipe for Atkins friendly ice cream. I forget what goes in it, I think heavy cream, some raw egg, vanilla, etc. I'm sure you could find a recipe for it somewhere. I thought it was in the main Atkins book but I don't remember seeing it there last time I looked.

I haven't seen Atkins Ice Cream for quite a while.

There are other brands, like Breyers Carb Smart, and Safeway's Lucerne Watchin' Carbs but it's best to stay away from it during Induction and the early stages of OWL. Ice cream bars for both brands are made with Splenda, and the carbs are from 5 to 8 each, but the calories are not much lower than regular ice cream bars. So use caution.

That's too bad, i did atkins about 6 years ago and that is what got me through the tough times.
