Im starting out on this atkins diet/lifestyle and am on day 2 of the induction. Im pretty sure i've followed it well these past two days, i just need to do more exercise, which i plan to do late on today.
I have always been a healthy eater. I had devoted myself to healthy living but over the years stress etc. fat days have played their part and accumulated. So i finally decided to do this. I have always been physically active and i like to think im pretty fit. Im fortunate enough to pretty much ENJOY going for runs and exercise in general. My only concern with the induction is; eating all this fat and protein! it just doesnt sit right to be able to eat 'liberal' amounts of meat and cheese.! --well not liberal amounts of cheese. But cheese in general! Does anyone else feel like this? I havent weighed myself, but i have an approximate idea. Id rather wait until i see some physical results before i weigh myself next.... |
