Hello to everybody. I think I need some help and advice. I am on Atkins from September 1st.
I am 38 years old, I started with 218 pounds. I am training 4-5 times a week, eating max 15-20 carbs a day. No cakes, candies, sweet drinks, etc. I lost around 6,5 pounds during the first week. Lost nothing during the second and third. During the last week lost some more, so totally around 13 pounds. But for the last several days I am gaining and loosing some weight. For example, on Thursday suddenly I went up to 4,5 pounds; lost them during 2 days and today in the morning I went again up 1,7 pounds again. I do not understand what do I do wrong. Any suggestions, please? |
