Do you ever miss MILK?

I think that is the one thing I'll miss for awhile, is milk. I'm sure once I get to the maintenence phase I can have a glass here and there.

I don't miss milk...I'm not a big milk drinker unless I am drinking it with carbs, cereal, hot chocolate chip cookies, etc. I do miss yougurt though.

Yuck, no. Ice cream, yes, but not milk.

You know... I would have said "not at all" but the other day I was out shopping, and hungry, and I thought... oh, a little bottle of that cold skim milk would taste REALLY good right now. LOL I used to do that, if my blood sugar got low. Skim milk was the perfect "fix" for me.

I also miss my plain yogurt now and then... like in the afternoon when I want a snack.

Boy, I sure do. I use to drink milk more than everything else combined... Its my favorite for nearly every meal (unless the meal is greasy, then soda please. And I have yet to find a replacement that is decent on carb count and taste http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif
