i have been on induction for 1 m. last 2w havent lost. ketosticks still purple. carbs definitely under 20. have lost 8 lbs. started at 142. now at 134. goal 127-130. please help.
I'm with bluehex. Whatever you do, don't increase carbs right now.
However, you should intensify your exercise, even temporarily. Also, try eating different foods than usual. Time to change things up. Add some spices, a variety of low carb veggies, maybe some kinds of fish you haven't eaten before.
