If all of the ingredients are in the Acceptable Foods for Induction list, then yes. I don't know of any that do, except for maybe the sugar-free Otter pops. They are basicly Splenda-sweetened, artificially flavored water that you freeze.

You could make your own freezer pops using acceptable ingredients. Maybe Davinci syrup, water, and a bit of cream. I haven't tried doing that myself, so I'm not sure how it would turn out.

Careful how you feed your cravings, though! The more you give in, the stronger and longer they will be. Better to have an Induction-friendly snack, like cheese or a hard boiled egg or a slice of turkey breast wrapped in some romaine.

Also, take it easy with the sugar-free jello snacks. They are sweetened with aspartame instead of Splenda.

I've made my own using popsicle forms and Crystal Light.
