Howdy,

I read on another support forum that ketostix might not register much of anything if you are drinking a lot of water. I test every other day, and right now I'm showing between 5 and 15. I drink over a gallon of water per day. I've also lost 14 lbs in 5 days, so I must be doing something right.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
