Hi!
Today is my 4th day on atkins. I'm feeling ok now. No headaches, no nausea and almost not tired at all. But I'm really hungry. I know that I should stop whinning and stick to it, but no... I don't think this diet is for me. I don't like meat and I'm starting to feel nauxious around eggs... I mean, it works indeed in the purpose of losing weight. In three days I lost 6 pounds. But it's not something I can do for long... I probably can take the 2 weeks... but not much more... Sorry guys, I don't mean to discourage you. If you want to lose weight it works nice... but not as a life long eating plan... |
