Breakfast:
1cup whole grain cereal 1cup skim milk 1cup pineapple chunks handfull of cashews Lunch: 175gram yogurt handful of cashews handful of dry fruit whole grain chewy bar After school snack: about 20-30 baby carrots with healthy ranch dip Dinner: 2cups whole wheat macaroni 1can pure tomato juice 100gram yogurt handful of cashews |

i would say its portioned, but maybe not very healthy.
why are you eating so many cashews? do you just like them or is there some other reason you are eating them 3 times a day. you are prolly eating around 400-600 calories in just cashews. which is not bad if you eat that much cashews in a week, but in a days worth thats A LOT. the other thing i would suggest is instead of yogurt and the chewy bar for lunch. why not make a nice big sandwich with whole wheat breat and stick some turkey and lettuce in there. take it easy on the cashews buddy. =) you should be eating only about a 1/3 of what you are eating now. maybe even a 1/4. of the cashews. but that depends on how full your hand ful is. the other thing is whether you are eating this every day??? i hope not cuz u cant live on yogurt and cashews. add more carbs in there (carbs from things other than cashews and macoroni. |
