Hi All
First time poster, newby. I am in my 1st phase of the Atkins Diet. I am 8 days in and have seen dramatic results. I lost my control and under pressure ate what I approximate at 50-60 carbs today. I havnt slipped off the Diet as I am still keen to rectify the issue and keep eating less then 20g of carbs. But I am worries at what this lunch may have caused. Will this dramatically screw up my diet, will it remove me from ketosis? can someone please explain the consequences of my slip? |
