Ok, I fell off the wagon, am back on. Trying to focus on why I need to stick to this. I want:
1: To be skinny for my wedding next year. 2. To have thinner thighs than my boyfriend. 3. To be able to run for the bus and climb stairs without being wheezy. 4. I want to be a UK size 8 because I never have been. I've always been chubby. 5. I want to be secure and confident in how I look. 6. I never want to look in the mirror and cry EVER again. 7. I want to be fitter and improve my health. 8. I don't want to be the biggest person in most photographs. 9. I don't want to base my clothes purchases on the sole basis of said item being 'slimming'. I'm sure I'll think of more. Anyone else want to share their motivation? |
