Finally!!!!!
I finally lost some weight. I have been teetering between 205 and 207 for the past 2 1/2 weeks. It has been a bit frustrating but this morning I saw 204.8. It is still so close to 205, but I will take it for now. My goal was to be at 195 by next weekend but I do not see that happening. At this point I would be happy with 200 (ok, maybe 199.9). To be in Onederland again would be beyond fabulous!!!!

Smerbear-
That is great!!, any reduction on the scale feels good. I have been going through the same thing, and this morning, I lost 2 pounds I was really thrilled about that, so now I'm down 62 pounds. DivaT |
Yeah for both of you!!! Can I rub up against you guys??? Maybe some of your scale mojo will rub off on me... LOL

Whoo hoo, Smerber and Page104!
Doesn't it feel great to clear a hurdle like that? It seems like once your body decides to finally let go of the weight level that it's been gripping onto for weeks, the weight begins to go off faster again for a while. It reminds me of somebody sliding down a hill and grabbing onto a branch for a while until resuming the slide. (I go hiking a lot.) http://www.lowcarbsite.com/images/sm...icon_smile.gif |

Thank you. This is what I needed to hear. My scale is making me rather angry here. It says that I have gained a couple pounds. I suspect that the body doesn't want to respond to the diet.
I know, I know, patience, dear, patience. Never has been one of my strong points. http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt...Ahf/weight.png |
