From what I've read, whole food concentrates are a more natural source of the vitamins and minerals in the supplement than is usually found in the kind of vitamins you typically get at your local food stores. Because of that, they do have slightly higher carb count, but it's less than one carb per dose. Dr. Atkins was in favor of the most natural food sources possible, so I think they're fine for Induction.

Default whole food concentrates
a friend gave me some multi-vitamins that contain whole food concentrates. anyone know if these are ok during induction?
