Hi,
i been doing the atkins diet for 40 days or so and am down 25 lbs...problem is that i cheated 4 days during it....just about every 10th day or so i cheated and went overboard but i feel that it didnt put weight on and my body jumps into ketosis fast after it. Im 21/m and jog 3 days a week 2 miles each day and am pretty active with work etc. Any ways...i need to lose 25 more lbs by July 5th for a biggest loser bet with buddies and side bets etc. (pretty high stakes also) Anyways, i love eating steak with balsamic vinegar and i havent got sick of them. Im sick of baccon/hot dogs/chicken. Will it work if i just eat steaks...i know it can cost me some money but thats ok. An im obviously gonna continue to drink a ton of water and exercise. |
