I have to say so far I am very proud of myself. Today is my birthday and I feel that I have the will power today to hang in there and not give in to temptations. It really stinks I can't have birthday cake but I am trying to learn not to reward with food....so I went and pampered myself today with a new outfit and a deluxe pedicure instead. I am happier with that.
