Fell off the food wagon and put back on the 14 pounds I'd lost plus an extra five pounds. The problem was breakfast, having breakfast quiche, cheese, salad was kind of tough. I'm on induction now and am managing, but when I move off it I'd like to try having flavoured protein shakes for breakfast. Is this ok? I can't find anything in the book about non-Atkins brand shakes. Is there anything I should be careful of? Thanks in advance
