Default Hows this for daily intake...
Breakfast

4 slices baccon or 3 Jimmy dean sausages ( o carbs!)

snack- half cup lettuce

Lunch- steak with some marinade that has 2 carbs in it per packet

snack- small amount cucumbers with little salt

Dinner- bonless/skinless chicken breast with hot sauce

And i drank a ton of water and worked on feet all day....
