Default I am back also
I have started the atkins way a few months ago, and have lost 15 pounds. I have not been to this site in a while, but need the encouragement. I find you in this site a great bunch of info and encouragement.

Thanks
Janice

Do you think there is something wrong with the diet or is there something wrong will your ability to comply?

I am very familiar with Atkins and other low carb theory. I is not difficult to follow. What I see here are people looking for a way to fail.

If you are doing LC it's pretty simple. Determine how many grams of carbs you can eat during the induction phase and for each subsequent phase. If you are not sure about a food play it safe and don't eat it. That way you can have no excuses.

If you would like to discuss this with me further it would be my pleasure to help you get over the hurdle that is preventing you from achieving your goals.

Hardruler,
In other posts, you have been totally anti-Atkins in a weirdly zealot kind of way. I don't recommend anyone go to you for advice.

Janice33 is not looking for a way to fail; she is not looking for excuses and she is not unable to comply. What you are offering is definitely not encouragement.

Janice33,
I hope you will read the rest of the posts here, especially on the progress board. There are a lot of people who really are encouraging and will offer you great support!
