hope everyone had a great weekend!!!! does anyone know of any carb free chewing gum? most sugarless gum brands have 3-4 carbs. i think thats a lot for a piece of gum...haha. i have been using this listerine spray to freshen my breath, it dosent have any carbs, i guess, but it smells like alcohol...haha. im a hairstylist and i have to be in peoples faces while doing their hair, and i dont want bad breath, or to smell like alcohol. sometimes brushing is not enough during the day.

Sorry gum not allowed if you are on induction, increase your water it will help with your breath
