Hey please could some one tell wher eim to me heading wrong, been carrying this out for per week now and just dropped quater of a pound. i exercise for an hour or so and 20 minutes at the gym three times a and drink 2 and between 1.5 litres of water each day. Selection is Brekfast: 2 eggs, 30g chedder, gas and a handfull of combined veg (courgette tomato mushroom), one espresso with a teaspoon of double treatment. Snack: 6 macademia almonds Lunch: 3 lettuce leaves with entire fat cream cheese and 3 pieces of turkey Snack: 2 cubes of cheese (chedder) Tea: Mincemeat with only a little crushed coliflower with melted stilton (approximately 40grams) or 2 chicken theighs with skin Snac: 2 dining table spoons of sugar free jelly with a tablespoon of double treatment Also, i've about 3 tablespoons of whole fat milk in your day, but i however just include all this as much as 20 g's of carbohydrates Where am i going wrong!
