Default Need tips for losing weight.
Hello everyone, I am 18 years old and my weight is about 92 kg. I am worried about my weight. It increases day by day. I don’t have time for jogging and exercise. I don’t know what should I do? Can I take some pills for reducing my weight or not? Suggest me guys.
