Are these great excercies for when you're able to not move work or something the wintertime? -jumping on a small trampoline for 20-25 moments -jumping rope for 20 minutes -excersise dvd for 20-30 minutes Are these both great, healthier treats? -lightly salted combined nuts and raisins( an offering) -1 piece of one hundred thousand whole wheat grains bread with 1 tbsp organic peanut butter And so I might believe so...... both are about 200 calories. Anyway, I'm perhaps not attempting to drop weight( do not need certainly to) just remain healthy throughout the cold temperatures, thanks
