Buddy this is the most common problem of today’s generation. Obesity takes off the reasons of the problem regarding obesity. The food habit is now change very rapidly this cause the obesity and for teenagers the tension make this in positive way and for you buddy the weight is not too much but u limit your weight up to 50 kg this may keep you healthy.

Your weight is not too much.
You weight is a little more than a normal range. Do regular exercise and eat some nutritional diet specially raw veggies diet to succeed to get a normal weight range.
