I'm on VLCD5, and I've had a lot of emotional starvation today. I'm perhaps not actually hungry at all, but today I only want carbs!! Because I thought it'd cause more carbs to be craved by me I've not really employed melba or grissini. Today may be the first time I've had therefore much psychological hunger for some thing! I'm drinking decaf coffee at this time to test & get over it- so how exactly does everyone get over psychological starvation? I ought to put TOM began today- do you consider that's something related to it??
