Hi guys , most of the important thing is that you should manifest a good lifestyle and active .some household chores such as cleaning sweeping ,washing clothes also help to regulate weight .it is scientifically proven that house hold chores up-to large extent reduces calories.

Hi guys , I am fully agree to what written above do good exercises ,don’t let yourself starve ,eat frequent and follow the diet chart and maintain and track the calories count.

Hi guys,apart from house hold chores exercises you can have brisk walking of 10-15 min in early morning and post dinner .keep shuffling your daily exercises and stretch your body at the maximum level.

Hey friend ,eating lesser carbohydrates at each meals eating fruits at least 2 times a day which have high critic acid and antioxidants, adding to this some brisk exercises can make a huge difference . I am sure if just do all the above regularly you can reduce weight.

Hey folks,eating greens daily at lunch and dinner show a great effect on your waistline ,take care of small things like keeping sweets and snacks to one a day, exercising 30 – 45 min daily ,track your weight daily and check what type of food reduces your weight .

Hi friend ,in such a fast moving life stress is importantly to be controlled .if you feeling low just take a walk but don’t think eating is the way to burst your stress .it only lead more stress and tension .so don’t take stress ,feel relax and happy .

Hey dear, first you have to control in your eating habit. Do not consume grain or some kind of other foods which increase fat in your body. If you eat rice then stop eating it. I mean eat rice but in minimum quantity because it increase fat in our body very rapidly. Hope I helped you.

@above you are right. Rice is increase fat in our body. You should eat fruits and drink water more Instead of eating rice and the food which have more fat like potato, butter, oily food chicken etc. fruits also helps for glowing of your skin.

Hey buddy, it’s good you have a party in your college. If you think you are overweight and want to reduce weight in couple of days then you have to do workouts with regard to minimal 4-5 hrs every day. Because by doing exercise and proper diet you can easily reduce your weight very quickly.

@above you are right. Stop eating fatty food, daily exercise for 2-3 hours, eating juicy fruits, drinking more water. If you stick to this particular with regard to seven days then no doubt you can actually receive zero figure. Hope it worked for you.

Hey buddy, I am not agreed with my @above friend because it’s true that tablets will reduce body weight very soon but it also harmful for our body because it reduces our weight but can harm the other parts of our body. Hope you get my point. Thanks.

@above you are right. Taking tablet for reducing weight is not a good idea. Instead of taking tablets you should go with product which is made by naturally. Then it will be sure it won’t harm our body or any side-effect. Hope you get it what I want to say.
