Hello Everybody else, I had a concern about using protein pictures and recently began the hcg diet. Days are worked out 5 by me per week. 20 minutes of operating then about 40 minutes of lifting weights. I noticed since I've stopped using my protein drinks so I found an item without any fat, not sugar, 180 calories, and provides grams to 42 of protein that I'm losing strength. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/ids...895059-product How must I include this protein item in to my diet? My diet by fourteen days ago is really as follows: Breakfast: 4 ounce of aloe vera juice Lunch: 3.5 oz chicken, 3.5 oz cucumbers, a red Dinner: 3.5 oz meat, 3.5 oz oatmeal, an apple I drink 3-4L of water daily Thanks for the support
