Default Perhaps not your standard R1 P2
I fourteen days lost 9 pounds and in started my R1 800 cal. Nevertheless, ankles and feet started feeling quite swelled up and at the two week tag deficits started to slow. In those days I changed it down and began doing 500 cal. A couple of days in to the 500 I realized that all along I'd not really shot hcg at all. The bottle never was never tipped by me to make certain it had been entering the needle. (I understand, please don't bash me. I will not think I might be this silly) Consequently, my human anatomy was in hunger style and my doctor explained to double up for each day and increase amount to.30 ml for three days. Along side eating 800 cal. I've been going down and up for four days and the final two have both been down. Nevertheless, my 23 time P2 has ended and my doctor. Had as I've a weekend holiday me stop and start starting P3 as in the pipeline that I was working around. My problem is, can I P3 within the weekend( 4 days) and start straight back on hcg when I return because I actually only had 4 days of really having hcg in bloodstream. I've not really had an opportunity with this to work.
