Default my week..
ACK---- I'm pressured the heck out! I've been a functional fool all week, havent actually seen the gym... and I'm exhausted allllll the time... David's grandmother was hurried in to the hospital Sunday morning, and since then-- I've been taking 12 hour times give or take-- and I'm prepared to increase! My I and colleague pulled together and made a routine that could address any moment that his parents wouldnt be here, and it's not terrible... but with my job-- it's real H-E- dual baseball sticks!!! Brian doesnt really comprehend the idea of why people visit a healthcare facility and being the possibiloty of death and really ill, he only understands that mother and pop arent house. Before he would go to sleep when he gets at and up night he's starting to get really cranky seeing our people every single day. He's a complete unhappy damage to work with this week, and obviously he's on spring break-- which provides nothing to him else to complete but stay home with us and work! OK- back to the stage of the thread-- what do stress to be relieved by you? the gym-- cuz I'm only sick from perhaps not being there-- but I've been working for all of the time they're open-- or too tired to move afterwards.. please try for anything other. Some at-home type remedies are needed by me
