cheat morning over!
As i didnt want to cheat i in the pipeline to consume what i needed on christmas morning but ate l/c until night. I'd smoked salmon and eggs for break fast and a beautiful l/c meal, i actually didnt wish to feel swollen and tired had wine jelly for dessert, and therefore overlooked the roast potatoes. my child bought me a club of Marmite candy and so I had 2 pieces of that during the night with 2 glasses of wine. Not just a bad time actually. I was at my mother in law recently and performed the worst thing feasible for me, i'd a piece of buttery toast, that was my most fav food pre l/c, and although it was good tasting,it gave a bit to me of an interesting belly afterwards. Straight back on the right track today however and i feel pleased that i didnt go absolutely insane with the carbohydrates.
