Beginning Phase 3 in a couple of days. The threads are read by have onto it, and I've a few issues. Atkins diet has been done by me before, and I'm quite acquainted with it. It appears as if that most are likening this stage with that diet. I Do not observe that they're related, as though you were to complete Atkins, you'd definitely not have the ability to eat enough or all of the vegetables Fruit couldn't be certainly eaten by and you. These things come WEEKS after induction an such like. I'm planning my first days/week on Phase 3 to incorporate the doubling of my protein,( including getting started with fish, tuna, meat) in addition to experiencing broccoli, brussel sprouts, and having large soups of lettuce and tomatoes with complete fat dressing. I, obviously, will attempt to include cheese, eggs, etc one at the same time, and wait a few times, etc, but will I want to view introducing more vegetables? Also, Dr. S never stated that you'd to stop your apples...Do you've to really fall these or danger getting? Would like to ensure that I am aware this properly. Thanks for just about any input.
