Hello there- I recently started induction stage and have am new here. I'm sorry if this concerns been answered before, but I've done a little of looking online with very little chance. I'm a UK person, and (whether there's a UK edition of the book, I don't know) I'm just finding something baffling: When I'm examining carb information on food labels, there's usually two carb labels- 'Carbohydrates' (which is usually a greater amount), and usually underneath 'of which sugars' (which is definitely an similar or smaller volume than 'carbs.' If anybody knew which amount I've to pay for focus on I was wondering? At the time I'm going by the greater amount, simply to be on the safe side. thanks ahead of time for the help!!
