Has anyone tried this work-out routine??? For those of you who aren't common (I was not until today) it's a course developed for you to develop slowly w/ work-outs 3 times per week until you're in a position to operate 3 miles non-stop. You can observe the routine of routines here ---> http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml I'm seriously contemplating beginning this, however it is somewhat frightening for me. I'm considering beginning the gym today and am considering doing at-least 14 days of gym routines before going in to the plan. So...anybody want to get it done w/ me??? LOL
