Need support knowledge ultimate stages
 

Hello everybody else! I recently finished P2 (or as my friend explained, P1...so listed here is where my distress starts lol) and nowadays is my 1st day of perhaps not using the falls but continuing using the 500 calorie diet. I know that I try this for today and tomorrow, but after that, I'm getting confused. I'd often just called launching VLCD P2, P1 and preservation P3. So I've no idea how to proceed today I'm seeing P4. LOL Any assistance with this could be tremendous valued. Oh, and after 40 days on falls, I dropped 29 pounds....just ONE dang pound from my objective. But happy anyway. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png
