My partner asked me to publish both of these questions: 1. Is sugarless gum permitted? In the published edition of the process we received with this falls it said, "yes." She doubts this might perhaps not be proper. 2. What kinds of tea are acceptable? Particularly, she's worried about tea. 3. Is Smooth Move (herbal) tea allowed? I think I read somewhere here that it's perhaps not, but would really like confirmation. Thanks. Dave & Beth
