Default I believe my HCG has stopped working....what to complete?
Therefore, I just completed day 16 (I'm doing shots of Ovidac) and everything is really good. I've lost weight gradually with no plateaus, no negative side effects aside from only a little weakness here and there. I've been maintaining to 500 calories each day without fighting. Fast-forward to today. I had been starving! I improved my in-take of tea, which served only a little but...still eager. After my last supper of the morning, I'm often completely complete and it was not the case today, I can't stop considering food and I believe I've no option but to consume at least something before I sleep. Therefore the options are as follows: --There have now been instances when I left my combined vial from the ice box for like an hour o-r two. That occurred perhaps three or four times during the last 1-6 days. It'd just get my head periodically and then I'd remember. So it's possible this made it lose efficiency. I'll be more cautious in the near future. --Maybe it's only normal to get several starving times? I've never done the dietary plan before and my knowledge is of perhaps not being hungry. But perhaps this really is usual and I will not change anything? --The dose I'm using is for 1000iu spread more than 23 days and I've another unmixed 1000iu that I was thinking about using a few weeks (I'm doing the 4-3 days). I'd read many people using only one 1000iu for the whole 43 times, but I decided I was better off getting two. Anyway, I've six days left on my present vial--should I reject it and mix up another one? I suppose mine might last 28 so long as I didn't make the same error of making it from the refrigerator, if individuals have prevailed using 1,000 iu for 4-3 days. I suppose each one of these issues are moot when the hunger is finished tomorrow. I'm only thinking what people do if their HCG loses efficiency.
