Hey guys, I hope this is of interest;
Talenthouse is looking for a musician to play on stage at Glastonbury festival in the UK with Kirsty Almeida and her band. She is particularly looking for someone who plays a more "unusual" instrument like a sitar/banjo/steel drums etc. What's great is they will also fly you in from anywhere in the world and put you up in a hotel! What's more all entries could also be eligible for a share in a $2000 prize fund, definitely worth checking out Take a look and good luck if you decide to enter! http://www.talenthouse.com/creativei...how/detail/116 |

I've got to dust off my spinning blue whale scrotum drums for this,
and polish up my narwhal tusk mallet. I wonder if magle.dk would sponsor a logo on them? No, the untitled Frederik Magle is too sophisticated. He'd want room on my new primitive invention, a ceremonial grinder. It's like a clapper, but has rows of polar bear teeth lined up on both sides, so you can grind them together, giving you an awful and loud teeth-grinding sensation, starting a song like that, helping the office workers in your audience feel at home and relax. |
