I'm a little claustrophobic when I'm around large groups of people. When I'm walking down house hallways(not many offices or businesses have made me uncomfortable) I fell like I'm running into someone or someone is watching me. I have been like this as long as I can remember. When I'm lying in the bed I have to open my eyes on occasion. I feel like someone is standing over me...staring....but no one is there.

I'm not real sure what you mean by a man in a cloak. .but from many years ago.
Please explain. ...I'm curious ....and hallways are tunnel like, drawing one into the depths of the unknown. |

Betterbelive.....this may sound really weird, but I can't type that well. But when i am in the zone, it is like my fingers have a mind of their own.
it felt like a man in a cloak was standing in a hallway, a very long alleyway type of thing, slightly misty, and he was waiting for you. But the year is 1800's........... Although I couldn't see the features, the stance and the silhouette echoed "man" "1835" so I am not too sure why that came up on my thread. Ring any bells for you? Papa Bear |

I think hallways are a fear of the unknown. Anything could happen at any time. There are many doorways to enter and unsuspecting things that could appear. They're scary for a reason, they are dark and long, and because they can potentially lead you on a new path (depending on which door you choose). It's a passageway of options. I think 'things' try to get our attention in hallways, that's why so many people have issues being within them. I say confront it and ask yourself what it is your afraid of seeing/knowing.
