Default BAD ppl prosper - Rant!
Hey Guys

Those who know me, know how strongly i believe in karma , destiny and everything happening for a reason, but right know im sitting here wondering if all that is just a load of bull.

I know ppl who are NASTY and purposely try to screw ppl over and are fake and are mean, yet things ALWAYS seem to work out for them. Good things always happen to them. These ppl succeed!

yeah yeah, i know karma is there, it may not happen now , but sometime in the future or as hindus believe maybe in another life etc , but still! This just wants to make me scream!

Does anyone relate to me? Gosh i know i may seem selfish and immature in this post, but i guess im just soooo frustrated with this!!!

Eventully i stopped worrying about everyone else and how they lived their life and concerntrated on my own and i have found finaly things have started to improve.

I do see where your coming from and it is hard to get your head around but it is something that will always go on.

I may be young but I can definitely feel for you on this subject. That actually happened with my twin and I, she would always be nasty and mean all the time but EVERYTHING worked for her. I couldn't figure out when I was trying to do good nothing worked for me but did for her. It all eventually worked out as karma is hitting her so hard for the past few months, guess she had it coming though. Things are also finally looking up for me in all aspects of my life, and it was worth the wait. I know that it is very hard to have this going on, but as putty cat said if you just start thinking about yourself and not what other people are doing it will start to look up. I know it worked for me so maybe try and take a few deep breathes and focus on you. I hope this helps a little, everyone gets whats coming eventually, bad or good.

The thing is Angel,

We don't have all the information needed to understand the whys and where for s. Meaning there are greater forces than just us at work.

Most often the reason people seem to have an easy life or that things work out for them and not us, is they maybe on there first incarnation. Learning about power and the effects of lies and deception. You and I on the other hand maybe receiving our karma by having to endure knowing these souls. For we were once as they are now.

So its impossible to know where each one sits, all we can do is follow our own inner guidance. If it feels like you need to take action then that is what you must do. On the other hand you may just need to watch and feel the effect and memory of how these things effect another.

Keep your chin up, people come and go within our life times always remember this is temporary.

Hi angel,

I can understand this and relate to your post. I suppose we all want to see 'justice' as being done when ever anyone is deemed as being cruel, unkind or downright malicious and nasty to another. I know I used to do. I often felt frustrated that nothing appeared to go wrong in their lives. It isn't fair, and how can this be? were just 2 of the many questions I used to dwell on, making myself miserable in the process.

Then I learnt that karma is simply the result of the universal law of cause and effect at work. Whatever we decide to think, do or say will have the exact same impact on our own lives. We, alone choose how we perceive people's behaviour and the external effects it may appear to have on their lives and we make our judgement from that position.

All of us are at this moment in time creating our tomorrow's by the thoughts and habits we hold on to today. However, should people be 'nasty' the law of cause and effect will automatically draw the same energy towards them, so they will reap what they sow. This in itself makes sense don't you think? To know that no one person can receive good from bad! Therefore, it has to be our own perception of cir***stances that makes us 'believe' otherwise.

Having gained this understanding, I no longer feel frustrated in how other people choose to live their life's, because I know 'justice' will indeed be done, and that's all anyone needs to know.

It is an eternal spiritual law that a man must reap what he has sown. People may get away with evil for a season but eventually karma catches up with them. There is no escape.

Can a man plant thistles and harvest roses? No. And why should it be any different?

What others do is for them. It is only what you do that matters! One must try always to do good in the world, to render service wherever and whenever we can. For by such we are fulfilling our purpose on this earth.

You are right, Korryn, when we start comparing out life to others, it shows that our ego is raging. That you feel life is unfair, etc. Angel you may need to look into ego exercises if this bothers you so much. Your competitive streak and wanting to win or outdo is showing that your ego is out of balance.

Someone posted this on another board and I thought.. oh that fits this!

We are not always responsible for the situation in which we are in, or the types of relations we have with some people, however, we can be responsible for our intentions.

What are good intentions toward the others? It is to wish for them to receive the best possible things as if they were us. One can ask, what about me? Well, what we intent for the other, come back at us sooner or later, with this in mind, we can understand the importance of having the right intentions. This is a primordial part of spiritual development and one should always be working on this.
