thanks for sharing an interesting idea. possibly this is a prayer or meditation alignment which differs with a person's schedule and location - an alignment of intent so to speak.

another possibility may be an astrological alignment, as in "galactic center rising" which also varies with location. since pluto has been conjunct this location for some time it may seem to emphasize the energy in some way.

personally i associate it mythologically to the trinity or the triple goddess, greek hecate, egyptian heget, roman trivia, and furthermore christian mary as related to concepts of childbirth and resurrection (which may tie back to both the idea of the time of day when the galactic center positions itself at the ascendant and the idea of prayer and meditation.) possibly my sense about this is influenced by pluto which carries a concept of regeneration.
